Who
we are
Marcel Roy has be training in industry since 1989. During this time he served with Weyburn City Police service for 30 years. Marcel Roy worked safety supervision in the Middle East and Madagascar plus Canadian sites. Marcel Roy took the position of Mayor for the City of Weyburn in 2016 for 8 years. Marcel Roy has vast experience in Safety supervision, safety instruction, leadership and management.
